Prepare beyond the visible
Testing, trained teams, access plans, backups, and clear ownership protect the experience before guests arrive.
Dallas–Fort Worth · Serving Clients Since 2014
Red Photo Booths combines creative photography, interactive technology, experienced people, and disciplined event production to deliver experiences clients can trust.
The RPB story
RPB began in Garland in 2014 with a commitment to deliver better photo experiences. The company later expanded its operating base and today works from its Dallas office, serving organizations throughout DFW and supporting select travel programs.
Growth has come primarily through repeat clients, planner relationships, venue partnerships, and referrals—not a dependence on constant advertising. Clients return because the team communicates, prepares, adapts, and delivers when the event is live and there is no second chance.
Each new challenge has expanded what RPB can do: custom software, robotic camera movement, multi-city programs, month-long seasonal operations, virtual queues, outdoor power planning, and simultaneous teams working from one standard.
How we work
Testing, trained teams, access plans, backups, and clear ownership protect the experience before guests arrive.
The right solution begins with what the client needs to accomplish—not which piece of equipment is available.
Our team understands that communication, appearance, judgment, and guest care reflect directly on the organization.
Power, connectivity, weather, access, throughput, venue rules, staffing, and delivery are part of the creative plan.
From virtual queues to custom software, we look for changes that benefit the client, venue, and guest together.
One coordinated RPB team connects planning, creative, preparation, onsite delivery, and closeout.
Built to deliver
RPB’s Dallas base supports equipment preparation, maintenance, creative testing, staffing, training, and centralized project coordination. Full event builds and demonstrations are completed in suitable event spaces when larger footprints are required.
The people behind the experience
RPB clients are supported by people who remain accountable from the first conversation through onsite delivery and post-event completion.
Founder & Owner
Leads company vision, client relationships, special projects, technical problem-solving, and RPB’s commitment to do whatever is required for successful delivery.
Client & Operations Lead
Coordinates client communication, planning, scheduling, event details, office operations, and the many moving pieces connecting booking to delivery.
Production & Event Operations
Supports equipment preparation, quality control, event readiness, and onsite execution so each experience leaves the office prepared to perform.
Behind RPB’s leadership and operations team is a network of experienced photographers, booth operators, assistants, technicians, and event professionals selected and scheduled according to each project’s requirements.
Relationships over transactions
RPB’s strongest measure of success is the client or partner who comes back with the next event, asks us to expand into another location, introduces us to another organization, or brings us a challenge because they believe our team can solve it.
