MULTI-LOCATION EVENT MEDIA

One mission. Multiple cities.

Consistent delivery across simultaneous community events.

RPB can coordinate consistent creative assets, equipment preparation, separate event teams, location-specific instructions, centralized communication, and post-event organization across several cities on the same night.

More locations require more than equipment—they require one coordinated operating standard.

A long-term community relationship

Showing up for Camp iHope—year after year.

For more than nine years, RPB has supported a recurring camp program serving children with cancer and their siblings. The relationship reflects what nonprofit partnership can mean: joy, connection, familiar faces, and meaningful memories.

Supporting the community

Some experiences are provided because the cause matters.

When resources and scheduling allow, RPB looks for opportunities to contribute people, equipment, expertise, prints, digital delivery, upgrades, or discounted service to selected North Texas causes.

In-kind consideration

Requests are evaluated individually according to the organization, cause, community impact, event requirements, availability, and available funding.
