RPB designs and operates professional photography programs for shopping destinations, corporations, nonprofits, venues, and event partners—from a single holiday celebration to a month-long public activation.
A program—not simply a booth rental
RPB brings together creative production, professional photography, guest-service staffing, technical systems, daily procedures, and contingency planning. The result is one coordinated experience that protects the client’s brand from opening day through the final guest.

For more than five years, RPB has partnered with NorthPark Center on a roughly 30-day Santa photography program benefiting Children’s Health. RPB provides the photography services, staffing, technology, guest-facing systems, and complete operational workflow.
The partnership began because NorthPark needed a team capable of meeting the expectations of a high-end destination and its guests. RPB had not previously operated a full Santa program. We built the capability, proved the process, and continue to deliver it year after year.
Operational innovation
Before RPB’s involvement, guests could spend hours waiting in a physical queue. RPB created a virtual process that lets families register, leave the set, shop or dine, and return after receiving a text with enough notice to finish what they are doing.
The improvement created a better guest experience, reduced frustration around the set, and gave the shopping center more opportunity to benefit from visitors spending time throughout the property.
Better for the guest. Better for the venue. Better for the program.A seasonal idea becomes a repeatable program
NorthPark later asked RPB to support its Pumpkin Patch family photo project. Professional photographers capture guests within a courtyard set created by the center, while RPB provides the shoot-and-share workflow and instant digital delivery.
The program demonstrates how a proven operating partnership can expand into new seasons, audiences, and reasons to visit.
