Creative ideas. Proven execution.
See how RPB solves the technical, operational, and guest-experience challenges behind complex photo activations—not simply what the final image looks like.
Our best work begins when the answer is not obvious.
Clients rely on RPB to understand the objective, identify the real operating challenge, and build a solution that works in the venue, for the audience, and under live-event conditions.

The challenge
Replace a two-to-three-hour physical line while operating a prestigious public photography program for roughly 30 days.
RPB’s solution
RPB created a virtual queue that lets families register, shop or dine, and return after receiving a text—then delivered the photography, staffing, technology, and workflow.
Combine a real car, three guest positions, an illustrated background, and a sketch transformation when no off-the-shelf platform could deliver the brief.
RPB’s solution
RPB engaged developers to create and test a custom workflow transforming the car and participants into artwork matching the background.
Operate seven to eight experiences across more than 100 acres with outdoor locations, controlled access, changing daylight, heat, and areas without power.
RPB’s solution
RPB completed surveys, mapped access and power, supplied generators, planned lighting transitions, supported crews, and placed experienced supervisors onsite.
Keep branded guest attractions operating inside client vendor spaces throughout a 24-day event without dedicated RPB attendants.
RPB’s solution
RPB designed reliable self-service installations that attract visitors, support lead capture, and give booth teams time to discuss their product or mission.
Extend a successful Dallas activation into a recurring program in another Texas market.
RPB’s solution
After delivering in Dallas for two years, RPB traveled with the national brand to Houston for the following two years—demonstrating continuity beyond our home market.
Trusted across industries, causes, venues, and partnerships.
Approved logos will be added during production. Until then, the prototype represents the breadth of RPB’s relationships without implying unconfirmed endorsements.
Much of RPB’s growth has come through repeat clients, referrals, planner relationships, venue partnerships, and organizations that return with their next event. That trust is earned through communication, preparation, consistency, and how our team represents the client in front of guests.
