That depends on attendance, venue size, simultaneous activities, timeline, and shot priorities. RPB recommends coverage based on the program.

Can you provide images during the event?+

Priority onsite or rapid-turn delivery can be planned when the campaign or communications timeline requires it.

Do you photograph details and sponsors?+

Yes. Brand, sponsor, décor, signage, and activation coverage can be included in the shot priorities.

How are final images delivered?+

Final edited images are provided through the agreed digital gallery or download workflow.
